PVE run Occupied Rentus Base (ORB) and try to get into Infinity Shard (IS) runs.
With all of those daily quests / optional sieging you should be able to get it in a month if you're actively trying to get geared.

A full set of gear costs 300 medals or so and weapons cost 150 or so as well as a few million AP so that should be your main PVP goal as of right now. If you have them run the Upper Barracks instances (KKM/KMK is what they'll be called) for a minimum of 3 cera medals and a maximum of 12ish per day and do the Ceramium medal daily quests in Levinshor and Cygnea/Enshar for 6 Ceramium medals a day. They're quite good in both PVE and PVP and getting mythic accessories will be annoying. Spending your BMs on accessories would be a good start. 1 key is fine, ust as long as you do it for the AC and BM (30-70 and 12 per day respectively) Make sure to run Linkgate every single day you're able to.
